Sayonara to the George Michael Sports Machine

That show was late-night Americana.  Kinda sad.

Now, DCRTV hears directly from longtime DC TV legend George Michael (right) that he will be giving up his nightly sports anchoring duties come March, as well as his nationally syndicated "Sports Machine," but he will continue to host Redskins-related (with Sonny Jurgensen, John Riggins, and Michael Wilbon) and other sports shows for the NBC-owned station.
