I'm still on the road, so entries will be light to nonexistent for another day or so.

Michigan's win over Notre Dame really shook things up though. Between the Irish loss and Texas' loss college football's "wide open" season has become less so.
It will be interesting to see if Ohio State, Auburn and USC can survive their conference slate, but as it stands those three are clearly the class of college football for 2006 in the early going, with Michigan, Louisville, West Virginia and other nipping at their heels.
