Here's gotta be the most original thing said this morning by an announcer... "They parted that line for Mike Hart like the Red Sea for Moses" ;-)

Michigan has gotta hope they have a good year of offense this year because next year they are going to struggle. 4 OL graduate, TE, FB, WR

There are few things more certain than Mississippi State not scoring if they get a holding penalty against them in any given offensive drive.

Herbie pick SC over UGA interesting. Any thoughts CFR?

BTW congrats on the AOL gig.

Paragon,

Thanks.

Not surprised by Herbie's pick. Georgia's offense had something like less than 200 yards last week against a I-AA foe. South Carolina is in that game so long as they don't make too many mistakes.

Brandon Cox two consecutive third and long conversions against Missisippi State's defense.

THAT is why Auburn's the SEC favorite. They have offensive moxie to go with that SEC defense.

You just just made me dole out another few bucks to kepe this running, not that I'm complaining.

Rugers/Illinois game:

Sideline reporter standing in end zone, says Ray Rice listed at 5-9, looks more like 5-7, with hs OL averaging 6-5, "you can't tackle what you can't see" as for why Illinois can't stop him.

And something only I would notice:

Rice has his pants to his knees, and at the back, behind the knee, they're cut because his calves are HUGE and hugging the back of his knee, really weird looking.

Obviously a sign of that lower leg strength for him tho.

Just a head's up everyone I won't be here for the live blog next weekend, on the road.

More details on that later.

Aaron Rouse just picked off North Carolina in the end zone. Killed a nice little drive.

Aaaand we have our first text from Vicki...

Making fun of the VT/UNC announcers for talking about the heat when it's only 85 degrees.

I was thinking the same thing, WTF are you so worried about when its only 84 outside with not much humidity? Ok look, its fine to be aware of their temp, but jeez ESPN, calm down a little with thinking the players are about to get heat stroke.

Mississippi State's offensive hopes rest completely in the development of that huge frosh back Anthony Dixon.

He'll be 250 pounds in no time if he's not careful, huge frame.

What are all your guys' home setups right now?

I've got my three pages of TV listings for quick reference of what game is on at EXACTLY each moment of the day (took me an hour to complete last night)

My Phil Steele guide to my left

Giant TV in front of me

The USA Today on the table

Laptop... on my lap

Three different screens running plus AIM

Cell phone

Just too much, lol
