Saturday Live Thread: Week Twelve

You know the drill.

Be sure to also keep tabs all Saturday with the fantastic crew (myself included, I suppose) at FanHouse.

Also, a big congratulations to my friend Matt (an occasional commenter on here) who officially passed the California Bar Exam first time through.

USC's not playing this weekend, but interesting stat making the rounds:

2005 Reggie Bush receiving had 37 catches for 478 yards (12.9 average) and 2 touchdowns

2007 Patrick Turner is USC's leading receiver, and had 41 receptions, 464 yards (11.3 average) and 3 touchdowns.

Anyone stay up to see Hawaii beat Nevada on a last-minute field goal?

Their kicker is superb close and late (tied Louisiana Tech on the road earlier this year in a similar situation), weird that he washed ashore with them, so to speak, and not with an area power (kid's from Temecula, CA) such as USC, UCLA, San Diego State, Fresno State kinda thing.
